Order amendments or cancellations

Due to high demand and our shipping process, we are unable to offer order amendments or cancellations once an order has been submitted. If you have concerns or have submitted an incorrect address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We are not responsible for orders submitted with an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged/incorrect orders

We do our best to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products, but sometimes mistakes happen and we sincerely apologise in advance if we mess up. If one of these rare occurrences happens to you, please take a clear photo of the item and email it to us at necklacelifes@shop-support.vip along with your order number. Once we have received your email and verified the problem, we will send you a replacement immediately.



Order not received

If your item has not arrived within 21 days (28 days for international) of your order, please contact our support team and we will deal with it for you promptly.



Important: Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible if a parcel is not delivered due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying shipping information with each customer in the order confirmation that is sent immediately after ordering. The cost of re-shipping the parcel will be invoiced to the customer.

We are also not responsible for delivery failures due to the recipient not being at home at the time of delivery.

Free promotional products. We do not offer any exchanges or returns of free products, for any reason.

Refunds / Cancellations

Once your order has been placed, we do not accept any order cancellations or amendments. If you would like a refund, all items must be returned.

We accept returns on most items within 30 days. All returns will need to be sent back to our warehouse for a full refund. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that once you have placed your order, custom made, made to order items are not refundable or cancellable.

If your order with us does not arrive at the correct shipping address provided to us, we will be happy to work with you to track your order. If we are unable to locate your package, we will replace the item for you.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange item to reach you may vary.

All returned items must have a tracking code. Once you have sent your item, please email us with the tracking code along with your order number and a description of the item you are returning.

If the returned item is used, damaged or incomplete, we will deduct the cost from the refund amount. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
